Over the past several years, God has faithfully blessed Transformation Church. Lives are being changed, families are being restored, people are finding Christ, and our church family continues to grow. We praise God for His faithfulness and recognize that with growth comes both opportunity and responsibility.

The MAXIMUM IMPACT Stewardship Campaign is about preparing our church for the next season of ministry. This is not simply a building campaign—it is a Kingdom campaign. Every improvement we make will remove obstacles, create welcoming environments, strengthen discipleship, and expand our capacity to reach more people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Our goal is not merely to improve a facility, but to maximize the impact God can make through His church. As we prayerfully give and faithfully serve, we believe God will continue to do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20). Our vision has always been Changed Lives, Changing Lives. MAXIMUM IMPACT is about ensuring that our facilities match the mission God has entrusted to us.

REDESIGN THE MAIN FRONT ENTRANCE

The front entrance serves as the “front porch” of Transformation Church.

This renovation will:

• Create a warm and inviting arrival experience

• Improve guest flow

• Reflect the excellence with which we serve Christ

Our entrance should communicate before a word is spoken:

“We’re glad you’re here.”

CREATE AN OFFICIAL REAR ENTRANCE

Many guests, volunteers, and ministry participants now enter from the rear parking area.

This project will transform the back of our building by:

• Creating an attractive rear entrance

• Improving exterior appearance

• Enhancing lighting and landscaping

• Providing a clearly identified entrance

• Making the building more inviting from every direction

Every entrance should communicate warmth, excellence, and hospitality.

First impressions matter because people matter.

EXPAND & REPAVE OUR PARKING LOT& REPAVE OUR PARKING LOT

The parking lot is often the very first ministry guests experience.

This project will include:

• Complete resurfacing of the parking lot

• Improved traffic flow

• Approximately 10 additional parking spaces

• New landscaping and curb appeal

• Safer pedestrian access

• Improved accessibility

As our attendance continues to grow, parking has become one of our greatest ministry limitations. Expanding capacity means making room for more people to encounter Jesus.

More spaces = More opportunities for changed lives.

COMPLETE THE PRAYER & SMALL GROUP ROOM

One of the greatest needs in a growing church is intentional space for discipleship.

This project will complete:

• A dedicated Prayer Room

• A comfortable Small Group meeting room

• A private counseling environment

• A new restroom

• Flexible ministry space throughout the week

This room will become a place where people encounter God through prayer, healing, discipleship, leadership development, and biblical community.

Healthy disciples create healthy churches.

Cash Flow Gifts:

A person can give significantly by giving smaller amounts at higher frequencies. Weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly giving allows large gifts to be reached in smaller steps. You may want to take advantage of the simplicity of electronic funds transfers for this giving option.

Diverted Funds Gifts:

Freeing up funds which are currently going to other areas of spending allows a person to increase giving to God’s work. Diverting funds from entertainment, dining out, dues, subscriptions, gifts, allowances, utilities, or transportation, o ers lifestyle adjustments which impact one’s giving.

Gifts of Assets:

Gifts of major assets, such as a house, car, land, or business provides available income for giving.

Delayed Expenditures:

The delaying of purchases allows a person to significantly increase giving. The acquisition of major items such as automobiles, clothing, or trips, when postponed, allows substantial giving opportunities.

Income Producing Assets:

Interest income, payments from rental properties or monies from other income producing assets provide a source for increased giving.

Raises / Bonuses:

Dedicating one’s forthcoming raises and bonuses is a creative method people have used to increase giving.

Savings and Annuities:

Savings for special projects, retirement or a “rainy day” may o er a resource for increased giving. Often we realize that a portion of our savings may safely be given to the work of God’s Kingdom through our church.

Corporate Gifts:

Those who have used their business as a source for giving have made signifi cant donations.

HOW WILL A NEW PARKING LOT AND BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS HELP US REACH OUR COMMUNITY FOR CHRIST?

A building cannot save anyone—Jesus does that. But the environments we create can help remove barriers and create opportunities for people to encounter Him.

A welcoming, accessible, and functional facility communicates that people matter. Improved entrances, parking, gathering spaces, and ministry areas will allow us to better welcome guests, serve families, build relationships, provide places for prayer and discipleship, and make room for the people God is bringing to Transformation Church.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT WAYS I CAN HELP?

We want to make giving to MAXIMUM IMPACT simple and convenient. You may participate through: Online giving, Recurring electronic giving, Cash, or Check.

Gifts can be given during our weekend service or by mailing them to Transformation Church at P.O. Box 408, Grove City, PA. When giving, please clearly designate your gift for MAXIMUM IMPACT so that it can be properly applied to support the campaign.

HOW WILL WE PAY FOR THIS?

MAXIMUM IMPACT will be funded through three years of sacrificial, voluntary giving above and beyond our regular tithes and offerings.

We are asking every person and family connected to Transformation Church to prayerfully consider what God would have them contribute during this three-year season. Our goal is not equal giving, but equal sacrifice and joyful obedience as we each participate according to what God provides.

We will approach every dollar with prayer, wisdom, accountability, and good stewardship.

HOW CAN I HELP?

There are three important ways you can participate:

1. Pray. Ask God to give you wisdom about your role and pray for the continued impact of Transformation Church.

2. Participate. Make a personal commitment to the campaign and faithfully follow through on it over the three-year period.

3. Promote the vision. Encourage others, celebrate what God is doing, and help create a culture of faith, generosity, and expectancy throughout our church family.

BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE REQUIRES BOTH WISDOM AND FAITH.

Throughout this journey, Pastor Scott and the leadership of Transformation Church have prayerfully sought God’s direction, asking Him to reveal His will and guide every step of this process. As we move forward together, we have established three giving goals for this campaign: Our first goal, set at $350,000, represents a meaningful and attainable challenge for our church family. Our second goal, set at $450,000, will require us to step out in faith and trust God to do even more than we can imagine. Our third goal, set at $550,000, is our vision goal. It may seem ambitious, but it becomes achievable when each of us gives generously with the finished vision in mind and believes in what God can accomplish through His people. After all, we serve a BIG and MIGHTY God! The same God who has been faithful in the past is faithful today, and with Him we can make a MAXIMUM IMPACT for His Kingdom. Together, through prayer, sacrifice, and generosity, we can leave a lasting legacy that impacts generations to come!
